1. Your records and their purpose

The app stores food names, portions, protein values, meal dates, water entries, personal goals and their history, favorites, recipes, custom foods and selected photos, drafts, language, theme and reminder settings locally. These records support calculations, history, repeat meals and reminders. No account is required.

2. Collection, sharing and permissions

The current Android app has no developer-operated diary server, advertising, analytics or payment SDK. It does not automatically send your diary or photos to GBapps or sell them. Notifications require permission. You choose images and backup files through the system picker. The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location access. Android may restore reminders after restart.

3. Photos and technical diagnostics

A selected food image is decoded and resized to at most 256 pixels on its longest side, then stored locally and included in exported backups. The app keeps up to 50 local technical error records. It excludes exception messages, food names and diary content from diagnostics. A diagnostic export includes app version, platform and technical records; it is not uploaded automatically. You decide whether to send a file to support.

4. Storage, export and retention

Data remains on your device until you or the system removes it. There is no additional app-specific encryption layer. Android backup or device transfer may create copies under your system settings. Exported backup files can contain diary records and photos. A folder, cloud service or recipient you choose handles its copy separately. Protect your device and backups; no storage method guarantees absolute security.

5. Deletion and your choices

You can edit or delete records and change reminders in the app. Android Clear storage or uninstalling removes local app data, subject to system behavior. This does not delete exported files, recipient copies or system backups. Manage these separately. We cannot retrieve or remotely erase your local diary. Turn notification permission off in Android settings if desired.

6. This website and support

This public website has no account form, advertising pixel, analytics script or cookies added by us. Its host processes request details such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The illustrative diary demo runs in memory only. Emailing support shares your address, message and attachments with us and email providers; they may process data in other countries. Send only what is necessary. We retain correspondence as needed to address the request and applicable obligations.

7. Rights, children and updates

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of personal data, and complain to a supervisory authority. Use app and system controls for local records; contact mail@gbapps.company for support or website data requests. We may need information to identify the relevant correspondence. The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Policy changes appear here with a revised date.
