These terms cover Protein Day and this website, provided by GBapps. The app is a personal protein and water diary intended for adults. Use it lawfully, respect others’ rights, and keep your device and backup files secure. Your records remain yours; using the app does not transfer rights to its code, branding, design or other protected materials.

2. Nutrition and health

The app provides recording and calculation tools, not medical advice or a prescribed diet. You choose your goals. Catalog values and screen examples are estimates, not guarantees. Check labels, food preparation and portions. The app does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease or guarantee health, weight or muscle outcomes. Ask a qualified professional about personal dietary or medical needs.

3. Features and availability

Features vary by release and platform and may change. The current app uses manual entry; photographs do not recognize food or calculate nutrients. Reminders depend on permissions, Android scheduling, battery settings and device behavior, so delivery is not guaranteed. Do not rely on them for critical medical tasks. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised.

4. Records and backups

You are responsible for checking entries and keeping backups. Local records may be lost through device failure, storage clearing, uninstalling or other errors. Export copies before moving devices or removing data, and review an import before restoring. Exported files and system backups are managed separately. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and deletion.

5. Distribution and charges

This website does not process payments, sell subscriptions or distribute an installer. The Android store release is being prepared; a store link will be added when verified. Do not assume a price, subscription, iOS release or feature from a design preview. If a future release introduces paid features, applicable terms and store pricing will be shown before purchase.

6. Responsibility and updates

To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a particular dietary purpose. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will be published with a revised date.
