MORE CLARITY, LESS GUESSWORK

Know where your day stands.

Protein Day brings your food, protein and water entries together. It helps you notice patterns and plan the rest of your day without turning every meal into a spreadsheet.

01

A goal that belongs to you

Choose a daily protein target. See grams logged and remaining, grouped into breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Edit portions whenever plans change.

02

Familiar foods. Faster logging.

Search 72 illustrated foods, use favorites and recent choices, or add several foods at once. Log grams, pieces, scoops or your own portion size.

03

Keep the meals you love

Save recipes with ingredients and servings. Repeat a meal or copy entries to another day. Add your own foods, label values and a photo you choose.

04

Water, in the same routine

Log a glass or your own amount, set a personal water target, and optionally enable Android reminders. Protein and water each have their own progress view.

05

See patterns over time

Explore 7, 30 or 90 days of protein and water records. Goal history helps keep earlier days in context. A missing entry does not prove what you consumed.

06

Your records, close to you

The Android diary works offline, without an account or advertising SDK. Export a backup file you control and restore it when needed. Keep exported copies safe.

THREE SIMPLE STEPS

Start with your next meal.

01

Set your own targets

Choose protein and water goals that suit your situation. You can change them later. The app does not prescribe a diet.

02

Add what you ate

Choose a food, check its label and portion, and save it. Keep favorite foods and meals ready for next time.

03

Check in, then carry on

See what you have logged today and look back at your history. Optional reminders can help you remember to log.

FAQ

A few things you may be wondering.

Contact support ↗
Is Protein Day a calorie counter?

Its focus is protein and water. It is a food diary for these records, rather than a full calorie and macronutrient tracker.

Can I use it without the internet?

Yes, the Android diary stores entries on your device and works offline. A web build must first be loaded from its host. There is no developer-operated cloud sync.

How accurate are the food values?

Catalog values are estimates and depend on preparation and brand. Check the stated food condition and use your packaging values when available. You control the portion and protein value.

Does it scan barcodes or recognize meals?

The current version uses manual entry and a searchable catalog. A photo illustrates your own food; it does not calculate nutrition from the image.

How can I move or delete my diary?

Export a backup in settings and import it on the other device. Delete individual entries in the app or clear Android app storage for all local data. Manage exported and system backup copies separately.

Where can I download it?

The Android release is being prepared for Google Play. A verified store link will be added here when available. This page does not promise an iOS release or offer an installer.
